VERO MODA - Bengaluru - Forum Falcon City Mall

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beyond Exceptional Service – A Special Thanks to Kunal Chakraborty! I wish I could give more than 5 stars because my experience with Kunal Chakraborty at VERO MODA, Falcon City Mall, was nothing short of extraordinary! I had simply enquired about a particular dress for my pregnant wife, who had been eyeing it for quite some time but was unable to find her size anywhere. Luckily, it was available at the Falcon City Mall outlet, which is over 40 km away from my home. What happened next truly amazed me! Kunal went above and beyond his responsibilities to ensure that the dress reached us. Despite the distance and logistical challenges, he took the initiative to arrange delivery through Porter, making sure we received the dress without having to travel all the way to the store. What makes this experience so special is that Kunal could have easily stopped at confirming the dress’s availability, but instead, he took personal ownership of my request and made the seemingly impossible happen. His dedication, genuine care, and willingness to go the extra mile are qualities rarely seen in customer service today. The best part? My wife was absolutely delighted when she received the dress! Seeing her so happy made this experience even more memorable, and I have Kunal to thank for that. I would wholeheartedly recommend shopping at VERO MODA, Falcon City Mall, not only for their amazing discounts and collection but, more importantly, for exceptional people like Kunal who genuinely care about their customers. Kunal, a heartfelt THANK YOU! You didn’t just deliver a dress; you brought a big smile to my wife’s face and made our day incredibly special. Your kindness, commitment, and outstanding customer service deserve recognition and appreciation from the VERO MODA management. Employees like Kunal are a true asset to any organization. He deserves to be recognized and rewarded for going far beyond what was expected of him! Thank you once again, Kunal! Keep up the incredible work! 👏❤️
